From what time is check-in possible?

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM. If you’d like to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance. We always try to accommodate an earlier arrival depending on the hotel’s current occupancy.

Can I arrive later in the evening?

Yes, we handle later arrivals on an individual basis. Just contact us in good time and we’ll arrange the practical details with you.

Until what time is check-out?

Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you need to leave the room later, please let us know in advance. A later check-out may be possible depending on hotel occupancy and may be subject to a fee.

Can I stay at SwissHouse with children?

At SwissHouse, we accommodate guests aged 12 and over. The hotel is designed mainly for peaceful relaxation, wellness stays, couples, and guests who want to enjoy a quiet environment without unnecessary noise. Can I bring a dog, cat, or other pet?

Yes, pets are welcome with us by prior arrangement. If you’re bringing a dog, cat, or other animal, please let us know at the time of booking.

Is SwissHouse close to the center of Mariánské Lázně?

Yes. SwissHouse is located in a quieter part of Mariánské Lázně, yet still close to the town center. You can comfortably walk to the colonnade, the springs, and the spa promenades.

Is the hotel suitable for a peaceful stay?

Yes. SwissHouse is a small boutique hotel with 19 rooms. Guests often come to us for the peace and quiet, a good night’s sleep, wellness, a relaxed breakfast, and a more personal atmosphere than in large hotels.

Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace?

The rooms at SwissHouse do not have a balcony or terrace. However, the hotel does have a garden where you can sit and relax in peace.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

SwissHouse is a smaller hotel without an elevator. If comfortable access to your room is important to you, please let us know before booking. Depending on availability, we may be able to offer you a ground-floor room.

Can I book a room on the ground floor or a lower floor?
Yes, we try to arrange a ground-floor or lower-floor room depending on current availability. Ground-floor rooms are limited, so please write to us as early as possible before your arrival.
Is it possible to have separate beds in the room?
Yes, in all room categories the bed can be split into two separate beds. Just include a note with your booking or contact us before arrival.
Can I choose a specific room or a room with a garden view?
If you have a preference for a specific room or a garden view, please let us know when booking. We’re happy to take it into account, but it always depends on current availability.
Can you arrange two rooms close to each other?
Yes, if you’re traveling together and need rooms close to each other, please let us know when booking. We’ll be happy to try to arrange this depending on availability.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
The rooms at SwissHouse are not air-conditioned. If room temperature is important to you, please let us know before booking, and depending on availability we’ll help you choose a suitable room.
Do you offer single rooms or stays for one person?
A stay for one person is possible. We don’t have a separate single-room category, but a Double room can also be booked for one person.
Do the rooms have carpets?
No. All rooms have anti-allergenic flooring.
Does the hotel have a garden?
Yes, SwissHouse has a garden that naturally adds to the hotel’s peaceful atmosphere. Guests mainly use it to relax, sit outside, or simply slow down for a while.

Breakfast is included in stays that include breakfast. If you’re not sure exactly what your booking or stay package includes, we’re happy to check for you before arrival.

Until what time is breakfast served?

We serve breakfast until 11:00 AM, so your morning doesn’t have to start in a rush.

Is breakfast served buffet-style?

Yes, breakfast is served buffet-style. You’ll find fresh pastries, homemade bread, pâtés, cakes, smoothies, good coffee, tea, and other breakfast items depending on the season.

Can I add half-board or dinner?
Yes, dinner or half-board can be added depending on current availability and operations. Dinner at SwissHouse is served as a choice of 2 dishes.

Does SwissHouse have its own restaurant?

Yes, SwissHouse has a hotel restaurant that mainly serves hotel guests. Breakfast is served here in the morning, in the afternoon soup, something sweet, or coffee may be available depending on your stay, and in the evening we prepare meals based on the current offer.

Do you have an à la carte restaurant?

SwissHouse is not a typical public à la carte restaurant. If you’d like a full à la carte dinner, we’re happy to recommend the restaurant at Hotel Queens, about 190 m from SwissHouse, and help you make a reservation.

Can you prepare gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegetarian meals?

Some options may naturally appear on the menu, but we cannot guarantee a special diet. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance. We’re happy to tell you what’s possible or recommend a suitable partner restaurant.

What does 'homemade soup' mean in the New Energy packages?

The New Energy stay packages include homemade soup. It’s a nice small warm treat after a walk, a massage, golf, or some time outdoors.

Do massages and treatments take place directly at SwissHouse?
Yes, massages and treatments take place directly at SwissHouse. Our wellness area is smaller, quieter, and more personal, so treatments don’t feel like an anonymous service.
Do I need to choose a treatment in advance?
No, you don’t have to. If you’re not sure, just leave us a note with your booking. Kristinka will help you choose a massage or treatment based on how you’re feeling once you’re here. However, if you’re arriving during a busy period or on a weekend, we recommend contacting us in advance due to limited time-slot availability.
Can I book a massage or treatment before arrival?
Yes, you can book a massage or treatment before arrival. During busy periods, it’s actually better to do so, making it easier to find a suitable time.
Can I choose a specific time for my massage or treatment?
We try to accommodate our guests, but we can’t always guarantee an exact time down to the hour. If you have a specific preference, please let us know in advance and we’ll try to fit the treatment into your stay.
Can I add another massage or treatment to my stay?
Yes, you can add another massage or treatment to your stay depending on current availability. We recommend writing to us in advance, especially if you’re arriving on a weekend or have a specific time in mind.
Can two guests have treatments at the same time?
For some treatments this is possible; for others it depends on the type of treatment and current availability. If you’d like to schedule treatments for two people at the same time, please let us know in advance.
Which massage should I choose?
You don’t need to know the names of the treatments. Just tell us if you have a stiff back, tired legs after a trip or a round of golf, a heavy head, or if you simply want peace and warmth. Kristinka will help you choose the treatment that makes the most sense for you.
Do you have a sauna?
Yes, SwissHouse has a Finnish sauna. It’s located in the garden, close to greenery and quiet, making it perfect after a day outdoors, a round of golf, a massage, or simply as a relaxing evening.
Is the sauna included in the stay or package?
The sauna is not automatically included in the stay or stay packages. It is always available for an extra charge, and we recommend arranging it in advance depending on availability.
Does the hotel have a pool?
SwissHouse does not have a pool. The hotel is built more around a peaceful environment, massages, a Finnish sauna in the garden, and a smaller, personal wellness area, where Kristinka will help you choose a treatment based on how you’re feeling.
Does the hotel have a fitness room?
SwissHouse does not have a fitness room. The hotel focuses mainly on peaceful relaxation, walks, wellness, massages, and stays where your body can truly rest.
Where can I find the wellness price list?

⛳ Golf Stays

Is green fee included in the golf stay?
Yes, for selected golf stays. The exact number of rounds and choice of courses depends on the package selected.
Will you help us book a tee time?
Yes. After booking, send us your preferred day, approximate playing time, and number of players. Pavlína or Tomáš will help you coordinate your tee time with your arrival, departure, and the pace of your stay.
Do we have to play only at Royal Golf Club Mariánské Lázně?
Not necessarily. Royal Golf Club Mariánské Lázně is SwissHouse’s main partner course. However, with selected packages you can also experience other courses in the region, such as Karlovy Vary, Sokolov, Františkovy Lázně, or Cihelny.
Can I choose a specific course with the Golfpass?
Yes, with the Golfpass you can choose a specific course according to the terms of the selected package and course availability. If you’re not sure, Pavlína or Tomáš will help you plan your schedule.
Which courses can I play with the Golfpass?
Depending on the package selected, the Golfpass allows you to play at the following courses: Royal Golf Club Mariánské Lázně, Golf Club Sokolov, Golf Resort Karlovy Vary, Golf Resort Františkovy Lázně, and Cihelny Golf & Wellness Resort.
How far is Royal Golf Club from the hotel?
Royal Golf Club Mariánské Lázně is approximately 5 km from SwissHouse. The drive takes about 9 minutes.
Do you arrange transport to the golf course?
We don’t have our own shuttle to the golf course, but we’re happy to help arrange a taxi.
Can you arrange a golf stay for multiple players or a group?
Yes, we can arrange a golf stay for multiple players or a small group. Please let us know the number of players, the number of nights, and your preferences regarding courses or number of rounds.
Can I come with a Golfamore card and book only accommodation?
Yes, that’s possible. If you’d like to use a Golfamore card and book accommodation only, please let us know in advance so we can help you find a suitable date and room.
Is the golf stay also suitable for a companion who doesn't play golf?
Yes. A companion can enjoy the wellness area, the garden, walks, the center of Mariánské Lázně, or simply relax in the hotel’s peaceful surroundings.
Can I use the wellness area or get a massage after golf?
Yes. After a round, a sauna or massage is a great option depending on how you feel. Kristinka will help you choose a treatment for your back, legs, head, or simply to unwind after the game.

Where can I park at the hotel and how much does parking cost?

Parking is available directly at SwissHouse. The car park is monitored by cameras and is located right by the hotel.

Do you have an electric vehicle charging station?

Yes, an 11 kW electric vehicle charging station is available at the hotel. A cable with a Type 2 connector is provided. The charging price is €0.3 / kWh. For reservations or more information, please contact reception.

Is the hotel suitable for guests arriving by car?

Yes. You can leave your car right at the hotel and get around comfortably on foot for the rest of your stay. The colonnade, springs, and walking trails are all within easy reach.

How far is the hotel from the train station?

The hotel is approximately 1.7 km from the train station on foot, a walk of about 25 minutes. By taxi it takes about 5 minutes. By public transport, the journey takes roughly 15 minutes, including walking from the stop.

Will you help us arrange a taxi from the station?

Yes, we’re happy to help you arrange a taxi from the station. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange everything in time.

Do you arrange transfers from the airport or abroad?

We can arrange a transfer from the airport or from abroad by prior arrangement. Please let us know in advance where and when you’re arriving, and we’ll check the options.

Do you have storage space for bikes?

Yes, bikes can be stored with us. We have a lockable storage space available.

Is card payment possible?
Yes, at reception you can pay by card, contactless, or via Apple Pay.
Can I pay in euros?
Yes, at reception you can pay in cash in both CZK and EUR. However, we do not provide currency exchange services.
Can I exchange euros for Czech crowns at reception?
No, we do not provide currency exchange services. If you need to pay, you can use a card, Apple Pay, or cash in CZK or EUR.
How can I redeem a SwissHouse gift voucher?

If you have a physical SwissHouse gift voucher, please contact us and send us its code. If you have an online voucher from the booking system, you can create a booking online and enter the voucher code directly during the reservation. If there’s any problem, write to us and we’ll sort it out together.

Can I redeem an Amazing Places voucher?
Yes, an Amazing Places voucher can be redeemed. Please write to us in advance and send us the voucher code.
Can you issue an invoice for my employer?
Yes, we can issue an invoice for your employer. Ideally, please send us the billing details in advance so we can prepare everything correctly.
Can you issue a separate invoice for each guest?

Yes, if needed we can issue a separate invoice for each guest. Please let us know in advance or at the latest upon arrival.

What should I do if I haven't received confirmation of my booking or payment?
