Of course it is possible. Earlier check-in is possible by prior arrangement. As a rule, guests can check into their rooms from 14:00.
Yes, we also allow a later check-in for a fee.
We accommodate our guests by allowing them to check out of their room as late as 11:00 am on the last day of their stay. Late check out is available upon request and for a fee.
Yes, but only by prior arrangement, as we only have one room for guests with pets. Pets are not allowed in the other rooms. Strictly, except for our room no. 17.

🍽️ Dining

Everyone gets his money’s worth with us. Our kitchen is happy to prepare delicious meals for guests with the various dietary restrictions or habits (lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian, etc.) by arrangement for a fee of 6 €/day.

Yes, breakfast is served in buffet form. You can enjoy fresh pancakes, fruit, or vegetable smoothies and other dishes from the traditional or nutritional breakfast menu.

Yes, directly in the hotel you can warm up in an infra sauna, in the garden of the hotel then you will experience an unconventional wellness pleasure in the Finnish barrel sauna.

No, there is no swimming pool at the Hotel SwissHouse. However, we can give you some swimming tips for Mariánské Lázně and the wider surroundings.

🛎️ Facilities, surroundings and hotel service

Parking right next to the hotel is convenient and safe. We have parking spaces 20 cm wider than usual. This is to ensure your comfort from the first moment after your arrival. At the same time, your car is under constant camera surveillance in our parking lot and at night behind a locked gate. Price for parking:
  • 8 € / night for a stay of 1-3 nights
  • 6 € / night for a stay of 4 and more nights.
🔌 In addition, we offer an 11kW charging station for you, electric car drivers.

  • Cable with Type-2 connector

Yes, payment can be made contactless or, for example, also via Apple Pay.

No, we do not have an exchange service. But you can pay at the reception with card or cash in Czech crowns or euros.
