We are a small boutique hotel in a part of Mariánské Lázně where the centre is close, yet there is enough quiet for a good night’s sleep. In the morning, you do not have to rush to breakfast. During the day, you can head to the colonnade, into the forest or for a massage. In the evening, you return to a place where the day naturally slows down.

When a hotel has just 19 rooms, it is easier to keep the calm. You can feel it in the atmosphere of the house, in the quiet after returning from town, and in the room where you should simply feel well. A comfortable bed, cleanliness and a peaceful setting are essentials for us, not extras.
People you will meet during your stay
As the owner of the hotel, Pavlína keeps the first contact with guests and the overall running of SwissHouse in hand. Tomáš is here for the practical things during your stay, helps with parking, recommends where to go and helps fine-tune whatever is needed. Kristinka does not only ask which treatment you want, but mainly how you feel. Based on that, she helps you choose a massage or care that will make sense. Maruška takes care of mornings with homemade bread, pâtés, cakes, smoothies and breakfast until 11:00. Vladimír takes care of the evening with Czech cuisine, seasonal flavours and ingredients from the surroundings whenever it makes sense. Together, they create a stay that does not feel anonymous.
Rest that does not end with the treatment
Sometimes you arrive after a long journey. Other times after a demanding week, golf or days when the body has not had time to stop. At SwissHouse, you can enjoy a massage with Kristinka, let her help you choose the right treatment, and then return to a room where there is quiet, a good bed and nothing else you need to catch up on.
A morning you do not have to start with an alarm clock
Breakfast at SwissHouse does not end at ten. We serve it until 11:00, so the morning can begin more slowly. Maruška prepares homemade bread, pâtés, cakes, smoothies, fresh pastries, fruit, vegetables and other seasonal things. Where it makes sense, we use local ingredients. Not because it sounds good, but because it tastes good.
An evening with good food
Evenings at SwissHouse belong to Vladimír and his kitchen. Czech flavours, seasonality, an honest base and food that helps the day end well. We do not want to turn dinner into a big performance. It should be good, pleasant and exactly the kind of meal that fits a stay in Mariánské Lázně.
Away from the main bustle. Still close to town.
SwissHouse stands away from the main bustle of Mariánské Lázně, but not away from the town itself. You can walk to the colonnade, the springs and the spa walking routes. When you return, a garden, quiet and the air that belongs to Mariánské Lázně are waiting for you. The town has the status of a climatic spa, and here in its quieter part, you notice it simply: it is easy to breathe.
Leave your car directly at the hotel
You will find parking directly at SwissHouse. You leave your car at the hotel, the area is monitored by cameras, and charging for electric cars is also available. For the rest of your stay, you can calmly walk.
